The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager and Superintendent in managementontheconstructionproject.HelpstheProjectManagerdirectand superviseactivitiesrelatedtocontractadministration,budget,andschedule. Maintainsarelentlessfocusonmeetingandexceedingclientneedsand expectations.
Buildsrelationshipswithclients,designteam,subcontractors,suppliers,and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the project expectations.
Activelyparticipatesinindustry,client,andcommunityactivitiestoenhance company image.
Helps prepare for and participates in proposals and interviews seeking potential new business opportunities.
CoordinatesandcommunicateswithContractAdministratorandotherproject team support staff.
Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the business.
Demonstrates management skills with ability and willingness to face challenges,solveproblems,andmotivateothers,whilemaintainingeffective relationships with clients by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations.
Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as e-mail, internet, and Microsoft products (i.e. Word,Excel,Office),andschedulingandconstructionadministrationsoftware.
